Our home inspection services include: home, septic, water well with water analysis, swimming pool and hot tub, bulkheads, sewer camera inspections, irrigation systems, elevators, and other ancillary systems of the home. We are licensed Mold Assessment Consultants and Mold Assessment Technicians.
We take pride in being a "One call to schedule it all" firm. We have a reputable line-up of inspectors/qualified contractors we work with to provide termite inspections, plumbing inspections (hydro or leak testing), septic pumpouts, foundation inspections, HVAC and more. We are NAWT Certified (National Association of Wastewater Technicians) for Septic Inspections. This is a certification that provides extensive knowledge and expertise in septic and wastewater treatment systems. We write inspection reports on-site during the inspection and they are typically ready to deliver before the front door is locked at the end of the inspection! We do proof-read prior to delivery, therefore the report is typically delivered within 12 hours of the inspection. Timeliness in report writing is important to SouthCoast, as we know option periods are time sensitive. We have an arsenal of specialized equipment that we utilize at all inspections. These tools include Thermal Imaging (Infrared) Cameras, Drone, Crawlspace Inspection Vehicles, Laser and Zip Levels, various moisture meters, sewer camera, and more.
