Our growing boutique law firm in Rocklin is looking to add two talented professionals to our team:

⚖️ Of Counsel Attorney
• Flexible independent contractor role
• $60–$120/hour
• No firm-imposed billing cap
• Trust/estate and civil litigation experience preferred
• California Bar membership required

📋 Legal Assistant
• Part-time, in-office role
• $20–$23/hour
• Weekday daytime schedule
• PTO, bonus opportunities, personal accident insurance, and 3% employer-matched 401(k)
• Legal assistant, case management, or similar legal support experience required
