Attorney Peacock believes it is the duty of all attorneys to dedicate a portion of their time and expertise to provide a voice for the voiceless. Speak up with fairness and justice and defend the rights of the poor and needy.” Proverbs 31:8-9 Attorney Peacock contracts with the 17th Judicial Circuit of Illinois to serve as Guardian ad Litem to children in our community who find themselves the subject of abuse or neglect proceedings in Juvenile Court. Attorney Peacock’s contract to advocate for these children began the end of 2011. Attorney Peacock remains devoted to providing this service to the children of our community.
