Last month, my sister, Mandy Mikita Scott, extended an invitation on her birthday to make a donation to a Transgender Name Change Legal Fees GoFundMe fundraiser to be held in trust for the explicit purpose of paying fees (filing, fingerprints and publication - not my legal services as I am offering them pro bono) associated with securing a legal name change.
Through generosity inspired by so many people’s love for my beautiful sister, she raised approximately $2,000!
