¿ Alguna vez se ha preguntado si alguien persona modificar el testamento de otra persona mediante un poder notarial?

No, un poder notarial no puede modificar el testamento de una persona según la ley de Illinois. La Ley de Poderes Notariales de Illinois prohíbe explícitamente que un agente que actúe bajo un poder notarial redacte o modifique un testamento en nombre del mandante. En conclusión, según la legislación de Illinois, un agente que actúa con un poder notarial no tiene la autoridad para redactar ni modificar el testamento de un mandante.
