‏تمديد وإعادة تسمية اليمن لنظام الحماية المؤقتة (TPS)

يسمح تمديد نظام الحماية المؤقتة لليمن للمستفيدين الحاليين بإعادة التسجيل للاحتفاظ بنظام الحماية المؤقتة حتى 3 مارس 2026، إذا استمروا في تلبية متطلبات الأهلية للحصول على نظام الحماية المؤقتة. يجب على المستفيدين الحاليين من TPS الذين يرغبون في تمديد حالتهم حتى 3 مارس 2026، إعادة التسجيل خلال فترة إعادة التسجيل البالغة 60 يومًا والتي تمتد من 10 يوليو 2024 حتى 9 سبتمبر 2024.

Great News for Undocumented Spouses and Children of US Citizens!

This will allow qualified individuals to obtain lawful permanent residence status without the need to travel abroad. To qualify you must be married to a U.S. citizen and have been present in the USA for at least ten years as of June 17, 2024. There are other requirements as well that must be met. Step-children of U.S. citizens would be eligible as well. More information and clarification on the application process expected over the summer.

يتيح تمديد نظام الحماية المؤقتة لسوريا للمستفيدين الحاليين إعادة التسجيل للاحتفاظ بنظام الحماية المؤقتة حتى 30 سبتمبر 2025، إذا استمروا في تلبية متطلبات الأهلية لنظام الحماية المؤقتة. يجب على المستفيدين الحاليين من TPS الذين يرغبون في تمديد حالتهم حتى 30 سبتمبر 2025، إعادة التسجيل خلال فترة إعادة التسجيل البالغة 60 يومًا.

تمديد وإعادة تسميته اليمن/اليمنيون الموجودين في الولايات المتحدة الاميركية من دون اقامة شرعية للحصول على الحماية المؤقتة من قبل الهجرة

Due to ongoing armed conflict and extraordinary and temporary conditions in Yemen that prevent Yemeni nationals from returning safely, the Department of Homeland Security has published a Federal Register notice extending and re-designating Yemen for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months from Sept. 4, 2021, through March 3, 2023. Current TPS beneficiaries under the designation of Yemen need to file in a timely manner during the 60-day reregistration period that runs through Sept. 7, 2021, to ensure you can keep your TPS and work authorization. Yemeni nationals newly eligible under the re-designation of Yemen for TPS can apply to obtain TPS and work authorization, if otherwise eligible.
