What is independent living without the free, safe, and accessible space dedicated to peer support? Peer support is the origin of CILs, giving the disability community overdue recognition for sharing lived experience, supporting each other, and learning from them. Our Peer Support Group provides that sharing. We want interested consumers to come to RCIL to learn about peer support, engage in network development, share personal stories, and eventually pursue their future transitions with more confidence than they may have today.
