Carson was raised in the diverse and rich cultural climate of the 19th Ward section of Rochester, N.Y. Inglewood Drive to be exact.He learned a great deal about people, law and life from his experiences from the Rochester City School District as well as the Brighton Central School District. Carson attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated in 2006 with a bachelor of the arts in C

ommunications and a minor in Psychology. Carson attended Ohio Northern University and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2009. Before taking up his solo practice, Mr. Carson worked for great Rochester corporations such as Frontier Communications Corporation and Thomson Reuters. Ultimately, it was his work with Volunteer Legal Services Project (VLSP) that motivated him to begin work as a solo practitioner. On October 31, 2013 Mr. Carson was featured in the business section of the Democrat & Chronicle for completing 350 pro bono hours in 2012. At the end of 2013 he completed approximately 175 pro bono hours. It is his belief that it "takes a village." He also adheres to the old adage "to whom much is given, much is expected." Carson strongly considers himself a public servant and he is thoroughly dedicated to making our community a better place. This is why he considers himself "The People's Advocate."

This journey wouldn’t have been possible without a few key people:

The Law Office would like to thank the Greater Rochester Community for its support.

We are now 13 years old!

It was June 2013 when Craig Carson also known as Diallo Payne filed a DBA to form the Law Office of Craig D. Carson. After being fired from two jobs, it seemed like this was the only way forward.

It wasnt until after an 8 month internship with Van Henri White did renewed confidence bring forth a bright new era, no cap.

The goal was always charge less, give more, educate and restore.

Starting with Unemployment Insurance, then growing into Custody, Housing and Matrimonial the practice began to get grown in 2015.

Many mistakes were made, many decisions were made with worry and limited guidance. But all these moments strengthened the practice.

Thousands of Cases, multiple assistants, several interns and 2 offices later we are still here and thriving. And we are certainly grateful to have arrived where we are.

Blessings to this great community I serve and to God be the Glory. End of Story.
