A pretty house isn’t always a solid house.
A solid house can always be made beautiful.

It’s easy to get distracted by paint colors and pretty decor.

But smart buyers look beyond cosmetics.

Focus on the structure, mechanics, roof, windows, and how the home has truly been maintained. Decor can be changed. Major issues are much more expensive to fix.
