Tonight, beneath the Tulum sky, we celebrate 50 extraordinary years of Tysharda.
The world knows an educator, advocate, leader, entrepreneur, and a woman who has helped countless families find their way home. I know all of those women—but I also know the woman behind the accomplishments.
I know her strength, her faith, her laughter, her sacrifices, and the love she pours into our family. I have watched her turn challenges into purpose, ideas into impact, and every chapter of her life into preparation for the next.
For 22 years, I have had the privilege of walking beside her.
This Valentine’s Day, we renewed our vows—not because our story needed to begin again, but because after everything we have built, endured, celebrated, and become, I wanted her to know that I would choose her all over again.
And tonight, as the sky lights up around us, we celebrate the light she has brought into so many lives—including mine.
Tysharda, you are more than your accomplishments. You are the heart behind them. You are my partner, my love, and one of God’s greatest gifts to me.
Fifty years of Tysharda.
Twenty-two years together.
