Closing day is just the beginning of a journey that I am honored to be part of!!!
Congratulations Heather for taking that first leap to financial freedom! It's been only a few months since she decided on this path, and already she's become an investor, closing on her *first* investment *property* today*!!

And this is just the beginning, as Heather is determined to build a portfolio of cash flowing assets that will secure her financial future.

As her real estate strategist and investment minded agent, I am proud to be part of Heather's team and help her find the best properties for her portfolio.
But my work doesn't stop there. I am also committed to overseeing renovation on these properties and making sure they are ready for tenants, and then JZ Home Management is managing those tenants to ensure her rental income is maximized.
