This one was months in the making.

Long before there was ink on a contract, there were conversations, moving pieces, questions to work through, and a lot of collaboration between the buyers' and sellers' sides to figure out how we could put something together that worked for everyone.

That’s the part of real estate that doesn’t always make it into the pictures. Sometimes the right deal takes patience, creativity, communication, and a willingness from everyone involved to keep working toward the same goal.
