• 351 homes sold in August, compared with 377 a year ago
• Median time on market: 19 days, the same pace as last year
• Homes are selling for about 98% of list price

Prices are holding steady, and well-priced homes are still selling in under three weeks. With homes going for about 2% under list on average, buyers have some room to negotiate.
