We are up and running from home. All consultations can be facilitated by phone, Zoom, or FaceTime. Currently, all court activity for non-essential business is suspended. All appearances and plea settings will be reset when the all clear is given or the court is functioning through electronic media. Right now, criminal and juvenile courts are primarily focused on persons in jail or juvenile detention. This pertains to Tarrant, Dallas, and Wise Counties.

Special Education and 504 meetings are currently being held via phone conference. School discipline meetings are being scheduled sporadically. Please contact the AP at your campus for further direction. If we are already involved then we will update you when we have further information. We are still very active in these meetings.

Clients waiting to sign wills and other estate documents will be scheduled as soon as the current restrictions are lifted.
