CJ grew up in Brandon, Florida and she knows and loves the Tampa Bay area as only a true native can. CJ is a graduate of the Burt Rodgers School of Real Estate in Tampa, Florida and received her real estate license in April 1987. Her affiliation is with Bayside Realty Group, Inc.; which only associates itself with Multi-Million Dollar Producers. Because CJ is a consistent multi-million dollar producer, she joined this firm in March of 1997. Obtaining her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation was a gratifying achievement for CJ. Qualification requirements for the course are closing a minimum of 50 transactions. Additionally the completion of Floyd Wickman's SWEATHOG Real Estate Course was another accomplishment. It's name "Sweathog" alone describes the hard work and effort put into the required training. Services

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"
