After 5 months, numerous offers, and two buyers who didn't perform we are now able to say that this Charloma Estates home in Downey has closed escrow! The seller stayed patient and it paid off with a sale price of $1,200,000. Huge thank you to everyone involved in this one, especially Ticor Title and Las Brisas Escrow because there was a lot of front end and behind the scenes work to ensure that title was clear for smooth listing and escrow.

This home was loved by one owner since it was new in 1968. We hope the second owner enjoys it just as much!
