We are saddened to share the news of the passing of J. Terrence Moynihan earlier this week after facing a number of health challenges.

Terry was not only a widely respected estate planning and elder law attorney who deftly guided so many through some of the biggest challenges in their lives, he was also an exceptional colleague, mentor, and trusted friend to many.

We will share more later.

His memorial is scheduled for February 20, 2024 at 1pm at Riverside National Cemetery.

I'm almost at the end of a busy week. Love meeting with new clients who see the end-of-year & extra time off (for some) as an opportunity to put their estate plans in place. It's not too late! How about you?

We are moving! Not far, though. Actually, just about 49 steps from our current office.

Starting December 1, 2023, our new address will be 6529 Riverside Ave., Ste. 240, Riverside, CA 92506.

Formal announcement of our move will be sent out once the move is complete.
