Position Summary:
Alpha Serve MD is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Process Servers to deliver legal documents (including summonses, subpoenas, and complaints) to individuals and businesses across the region. This is a contract position offering flexible hours and competitive pay, ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve legal documents to individuals and businesses in accordance with local laws
• Accurately document and submit proof of service in a timely manner
• Conduct basic investigative work (locating addresses, confirming identities)
• Communicate with the main office regarding progress, issues, or updates on assignments
• Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with camera and GPS capabilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with local geography (Baltimore, Montgomery, PG, Charles Counties & D.C.)
• Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in process serving, security, law enforcement, or related fields
• Notary Public certification is a plus
