Sometimes the right home takes time… and a little faith in the process 💛

This journey was an emotional roller coaster at times! There were moments when it would’ve been easy to settle — but I knew in my heart we could find a home close to family and in the right city!

I asked them to trust the process and trust me… and today, we’re celebrating an accepted offer on the perfect home 🏡✨

Besides being passionate about helping families buy and sell real estate, I’m passionate about health!!💪🏽 Like optimum health not just fitness and nutrition.

I’ve always been active and ate pretty healthy.. or so I thought. My true health journey began in 2010 when I was tired of the migraines and headaches(about 20 a month) 😳 and the meds drs gave me. I knew deep down there had to be a reason why I got them. I found a functional medicine doctor in the Bay Area and she ran blood test and food sensitivity tests. She advised I start removing inflammatory foods such as gluten, dairy and eggs. Well within a month of removing the foods and following a paleo lifestyle, the migraines were gone!! I suffered with migraines since I was a kid! WHO knew that certain foods triggered neuro inflammation. I’ve come a long way in understanding the affects these foods have on people, including attacking the thyroid and gut lining! If you suffer from migraines, instead of continuing to band aid the situation, find the reason. It could be the food you are eating!

I hope this info helps someone who suffers from debilitating migraines! This could be the solution! Since then I’ve removed a lot of other inflammatory foods ( anything ultra processed) Follow me as I share more about my health journey and real estate of course! 🏡

Coming into a new season in life! Letting go of expectations and setting boundaries so I can live the life I was meant to live!
So today I went to one of my favorite places..Alone! A good book and a cup of chai.
I am figuring out what is next for me! Where I can actually just think about me!!!
Making plans to travel more, hike more, sit with myself more!
Kids raised ( ok, one to go but he is close) and career goals accomplished!
Cheers to the beauty of midlife and to what’s next!

First time home buyer will soon call this beautiful place H🏡ME!!!

When I tell my buyer clients that when it’s the right home for them, everything will fall into place! We put together the best offer we could and let God do the rest!

During the home search journey We had a few offers not work out! Later we find out it was for the best, either seller was expecting too much money and home was not worth it, issues with the condition of the home/neighborhood or the buyer would just not be happy there and settled.

The perfect home will always fall into place!!
