This was the one. 🤍

I was so excited when I realized Traci Amick was the listing agent. She’s knowledgeable, kind, communicates well, and genuinely works to get transactions to the closing table. Those are the agents you love working with.

Did we both have clients to advocate for? Absolutely. Did either side get every single thing they wanted? Nope. But we both had reasonable clients who were willing to compromise where it made sense, and that’s exactly how good deals get done.

Someone recently described today’s market as a “crockpot market”—it’s not too hot, it’s not too cold, it’s not too fast, and it’s not too slow… and honestly, I kind of love that. 😂

The market hasn’t stopped. It’s just slowed down enough that buyers and sellers actually have to work together. When everyone comes to the table level-headed, communicates, and focuses on finding solutions instead of “winning,” both sides can walk away feeling like they did.
