LLCs won't magically protect you.

If you mix personal and business money, don't keep proper records, sign things incorrectly, or structure things the wrong way… that protection can start to disappear fast.

We see business owners in real estate investors think they're covered, until there's a lawsuit, creditor, issue, or tax problem.
