This one is a little special because I helped my client, Josh, purchase this home just about 11 months ago. He originally moved here for work, and then, unexpectedly, his job took him somewhere else.
Sometimes things don’t always work out the way we planned.
In a market where home values have stayed relatively flat, selling a home only 11 months after purchasing it was definitely going to be a challenge. We knew we wanted to do everything we could to make sure Josh didn’t take a big loss.
And somehow, it worked out better than we could have hoped! ❤️
We were able to sell the home for the exact same price he paid for it 11 months ago! 🎉
Most importantly, Josh is loving his new job and where he is living now. So even though this wasn’t the plan, sometimes things end up working out even better than we expected.
I’m so grateful I was able to help Josh not only purchase this home, but also navigate an unexpected change and get it sold when the time came.

They’re brother and sister! 👏
Grace and Marcos decided they were ready to move out of Mom and Dad’s house and take the big step into homeownership. They both have good jobs, wanted to start building their credit, and figured buying a home together was a great way to get started.
So… they did it! 🥳🔑
I got a call from Grace wanting to look at a condo I had listed. She had some questions about the home-buying process since they were both first-time homebuyers, so I hooked her up with a great lender, and we were able to make it happen for them! We looked at a few of the condos in the complex, and they found the one they wanted. And today, they’re officially homeowners! 🥳🔑
The funny part is they have the same last name, they’re buying a house together, and people apparently assume they’re married. 😂 So naturally, two SOLD signs were required.
The house is SOLD… but these two are still on the market! 😂😉
And let me just tell you about these two… their parents did a really good job raising them! ❤️ They are seriously two of the nicest, most respectful, hardworking young people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They both have great jobs, they’re responsible, they’re kind, and they have such good heads on their shoulders.
