🏡 SOLD — from list to close in just 2 weeks! 🔑

This closing was a little extra special. My client lives in Korea, and it took some time for him to feel comfortable trusting me with the sale of the childhood home he shared with his siblings.

Once that trust was there, we got to work. With his sister and brother-in-law here serving as POA, we navigated the process together and today, it’s officially SOLD. ❤️

There’s something special about watching one family close a chapter filled with memories while another gets the opportunity to begin their own.

Dorm move-in day for our baby girl was such an experience. My heart is full of pride and empty all at once and letting her go is harder than I could ever imagine. 🥹

Since leaving her, I’ve been so emotional. The tears I’ve shed are REAL. Walking in her room, looking at her picture…it hits me every time. Yep, I’m selfish when it comes to my baby girl, I’ve never had to share her, and I don’t know how. 😭💕

But I know God has her, and I’ll be praying for her success, protection, and the BEST college experience ever…every single day🙏🏽

And for now, I’ll hold onto her Hello Kitty blanket a little longer. 💗

Sometimes the biggest step is simply deciding it’s time.

This one is especially meaningful to me. My client took his time making the decision to sell, and when he was ready, we put a plan in place and moved forward with intention.

Just 2 days on the market, and this Richmond area home is officially UNDER CONTRACT, with closing scheduled in just two weeks!

I’m so grateful for the trust my client placed in me to guide him through the home-selling process. Every seller’s journey is different, and this one is a beautiful reminder that the right timing, preparation, pricing, and real estate strategy can make all the difference.
