I've had the privilege of helping these clients before, so I was especially happy when they called me with a very different kind of home search.

This time, we were finding a home for Mom.

They wanted her closer to them, in a home that would make everyday life easier. No stairs. Less maintenance. And a community that fit this stage of her life.

I love this part of real estate. The right home isn't always about getting more space or a bigger kitchen.
