Clients don’t always need you during convenient business hours, and real estate definitely does not pause just because you’re having a day. Showings, contracts, questions, negotiations, deadlines… there is always something happening.

Real estate has a funny way of following you everywhere. You can be at home, on vacation, getting your hair done or sitting in a hospital bed and somehow your phone is still ringing about a house 😂

Sometimes it’s walking into a property and immediately realizing you have a LOT more work to do than you thought 😭 Between renovations, contractors, unexpected repairs, tenants and the occasional jump scare, there’s always something.

For us, the goal is still to build wealth through real estate. You just have to be prepared for the parts nobody puts in the highlight reel 🏡💰
