Last week, the Richmond Bar Association won a 2026 Luminary Award from NABE’s Communications Section in the Small Bar Special Project category!

The Luminary Awards recognize outstanding communications work from bar associations around the country. Awards are given in categories like publications, campaigns, graphic design, and special projects, and small, medium, and large bars are judged separately.

👏The Richmond Bar Young Lawyers Section joined Friends of the East End for a clean-up project at Evergreen Cemetery! The goal was to help preserve this important historic cemetery through string weeding, clearing brush and overgrowth, and uncovering grave markers.

RBA lawyers and law students joined this great cause, and even grabbed a bite to eat together afterwards!

The Young Lawyers Section has one more Evergreen Cemetery clean-up planned for October 10th at 9:00AM. To get involved, email Taylor Anne Moffett at [email protected].
