🚨 Your inspection came back with 37 things… should you walk away?

Not necessarily.

A long inspection report can LOOK terrifying, but the number of items alone doesn’t tell you how serious the findings are.

A loose doorknob can make the report.

So can a major roofing issue.

Those two things obviously don’t carry the same weight.

That’s why smart buyers don’t just count problems. They understand what was found, ask questions, bring in the appropriate professionals when needed, and decide what they’re comfortable taking on.

Because the goal isn’t finding a house with a perfect inspection report.

Something most homeowners never think about...

Those listing photos from when you bought your house may still be sitting online years later.

Every room. The layout. Windows. Doors. Sometimes even photos showing the outside of the home.

Then we post pictures of our lives without thinking twice about how much information we're putting together.

If you'd rather not have your old listing photos displayed on Zillow, you may be able to hide or remove them after claiming your home.

Not every property has the same options, but it's worth checking.

July’s Tri Cities numbers are in. 📊

Inventory is at a 12 year high with 1,231 homes for sale.

But here’s what caught my attention:

July 2025: 337 homes sold
July 2026: 335 homes sold

Almost exactly the same.

And the median price is actually up from $429,900 last July to $435,700 this July.

More homes to choose from, but people are still buying.
