Buying a house comes with a lot of questions, and sometimes you don't even know what to ask.

HOAs, escrow, property taxes, insurance… all things that can affect what you actually pay every month.

That's why it's important to ask questions BEFORE making an offer, not just after.

Today, I’m excited to officially announce that I’ve joined Coldwell Banker Tomlinson!

This wasn’t a decision I made lightly. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about where I’m headed, what I’m building, and how I can continue to better serve my clients and community.

My background in the trades taught me that the foundation matters.

So does having the right team, the right tools, and the willingness to keep learning, adapting, and growing.

I’m grateful for the chapter that brought me here, and I’m fired up for what comes next.

Clear the gutters. Check for drafts. Get the sprinklers blown out. Take care of the little stuff before it has a chance to become expensive stuff. 🔨

Basically never leave your bedroom again.

Lock the door. Cancel my plans. I live here now.

An entire getting-ready headquarters.
