Everyone needs to listen to the hit podcast, "Dr. Death," about a former Dallas surgeon now serving a life sentence.

You may not know that one consequence of tort reform is that negligent doctors can bounce from one hospital to the next with little consequence or oversight.

This doctor permanently crippled four patients and killed two others in a single year. A Dallas jury sentenced him to life in prison in 2017.
