The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas agreed with a Texas title agency that the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network’s (FinCEN) new residential reporting rule is unlawful and ordered the rule be vacated.

Thrilled to welcome Danyal Ahmed to the Law Office of Ana M. Pace! My elementary school classmate is now our newest associate attorney, bringing elite credentials and genuine care to estate planning and probate.

Danyal earned his BS and MS in Accounting from UT Dallas in just five years, became a CPA auditing Fortune 500s. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School (top 25) and earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Uppsala University, Sweden—top of his class.

I am excited that Danyal agreed to join me so I could introduce him to my realm of probate and estate planning representing the people in our community. What a gift.

Danyal is trilingual (English/Urdu/Hindi), active in Dallas’s Muslim and Pakistani communities. We’re beyond excited to teach him everything we know!
