Attorney Kim-Marie Phelan earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Houston in Texas in 1987 and was admitted to the Texas bar that same year. Attorney Phelan joined the Kagan Law Office in Revere, MA. After taking over the Kagan Law Office practice in 2000, Attorney Phelan became a solo-practitioner in 2003, forming the Law Office of Kim-Marie Phelan. Although our office specializ
