Tax Season Tip for Real Estate Investors 👇
Bonus depreciation is one of the most powerful tools you can use to reduce your tax bill.
By accelerating depreciation, investors can write off a large portion of a property’s value up front instead of spreading it out over decades. That can mean massive paper losses—while the property is still cash-flowing.
This is especially impactful if you’ve:
• Bought property in the last few years

This single-family project is all about upgrading the bones 🔨 energy efficiency, systems, and long-term performance without cutting corners on the details that make a house feel good to live in. Comfort, flow, light, and the little luxuries still matter.
Good general contracting is about balancing what you don’t see (permits, HVAC, insulation, mechanicals) with what you feel every day once you’re living in it.
