We’re moving right along: all permits are passed, drywall is being hung, plaster has already started all while we’re working through the vision for the finish work! Tax Season Tip for Real Estate Investors 👇
Bonus depreciation is one of the most powerful tools you can use to reduce your tax bill.
By accelerating depreciation, investors can write off a large portion of a property’s value up front instead of spreading it out over decades. That can mean massive paper losses—while the property is still cash-flowing.

This single-family project is all about upgrading the bones 🔨 energy efficiency, systems, and long-term performance without cutting corners on the details that make a house feel good to live in. Comfort, flow, light, and the little luxuries still matter.
Good general contracting is about balancing what you don’t see (permits, HVAC, insulation, mechanicals) with what you feel every day once you’re living in it.

This Bedford, MA colonial needed a siding refresh to prevent rot and weather-related damage. We kept the traditional look intact while making sure the home is better protected heading into the colder months.

Huge win for my clients using a 1031 exchange 👏

We sold their Route 1A motel + land and traded it into a newly renovated ~28-unit portfolio in Lynn (plus a few more assets coming soon 😉).
