Washington D.C.’s automated license plate readers scan an average of 400,000 tags on a daily basis.
Continuous Scanning: Unlike red-light or speed cameras, Flock cameras scan every passing vehicle regardless of traffic infractions.

Traditional Flock safety systems were built for investigations rather than issuing automated speeding or red-light tickets. That has changed!!
Some speed-camera vendors now feed data directly into Flock's network, and Flock’s own hardware can track speed metrics.
Policy Shifts: Flock removed its explicit wording that its tools are "not used to enforce traffic violations" from some materials, creating confusion and local pushback.
They are out of control and out to get us. $$$$$$. collecting unfair revenue??

for city revenue? And no way for the average person to have the time to dispute an accusation, infraction or else a not guilty!
