We're proud to share a recent jury verdict obtained by Attorneys Samantha Sledd and Gobind Sethi on behalf of a deserving client.

After a three-day trial in Fairfax County Circuit Court, the jury returned a verdict of $324,869.27, plus interest—more than four times the insurance company's settlement offer.

The case involved an uninsured/underinsured motorist claim where the insurance carrier disputed the severity of our client's injuries. Through testimony from multiple expert medical witnesses and a thorough presentation of the evidence, the jury found otherwise.

This verdict reflects our commitment to standing up for injured Virginians and fighting for the compensation they deserve when insurance companies refuse to offer a fair resolution.
