A former Lake Sammamish restaurant owner pleaded guilty Wednesday to wire fraud and filing a false tax return in connection with a theft from his former customer, an elderly woman.

My experience with you and your staff has been consistently high quality, timely and with a sense of respect and regard for my needs. I appreciate that greatly. I am pleased that I returned for a 'second round' on the subject of wills and trusts.
On Tuesday the office's and area's challenges with the loss of the internet were addressed and met so well by your staff. A note of thanks is in order. I was notified immediately on arrival that there were internet challenges and a staff person called in ill. My expectation with the appointment - the signing of documents - was still met with a sense of urgency. Margo handled the situation with directness and a nice personal touch.
