Well...we finally made the decision.
We've decided to put our Nevada home on the market.
It wasn't an easy decision because the total remodel turned out even better than we imagined. We put a lot of thought into creating a home that feels open, comfortable, and welcoming, but the commute between Nevada and Florida has simply become too much.
This wasn't just a cosmetic update—it was a complete transformation. The kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint, appliances...virtually everything is brand new.
One of my favorite spaces is the **primary suite**. It's incredibly spacious, with glorious Nevada sunset views right from the bedroom. The oversized walk-in closet provides plenty of room, and the huge bathroom—with mountain views of its own—features an extra-large walk-in shower that feels like a private spa.
