Our team respects the health and welfare of our community, so while COVID-19 public restrictions are in place, we are shifting to safely-distanced operations which includes phone appointments, virtual meetings, as well as the usual email and client portal via MyCase. We are feeling fortunate that our business is so easily done via technology that the normal day-to-day operations can seamlessly accommodate no physical contact. The Courts in Nevada are doing the same. We still have normal access for filling documents with the court but if you have a hearing within the next 3 months, chances are good that date will get moved or the hearing done by phone. Feel free to call or send an email if you have questions. Other than no personal meetings, it’s business as usual.

Do you have a family law case that is headed for an appeal?
