Clarke graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 2005. He then worked for Washoe County Juvenile Probation for seven years prior to attending law school at South Texas College of Law-Houston, graduating with distinction in 2015.
