A Year Later, Full Circle: One Seller’s Debt-Free Next Chapter 🏡
Nearly a year ago, I helped an out-of-state homeowner prepare to sell his Sparks home. We had the paperwork ready, the pricing and marketing strategy mapped out, and everything was in place.
Then, life happened. The timing wasn’t right, so we paused.
Almost a year later, he reached back out, ready to move forward. We picked up right where we left off, followed the strategy we had discussed, and ultimately sold his home at 3046 Sterling Ridge Cir in Sparks, NV.
The best part? He was able to use his equity to move forward debt-free.
This experience was a great reminder that real estate isn’t always about moving quickly. Sometimes, it’s about having a plan, trusting the process, and respecting the client’s timeline.
