Took my nephew Jeremiah to Barnes & Noble today. Same thing I’ve done with my kids when they were his age.

I went in hunting for Jay-Z’s GQ cover interview. Told Jeremiah to go get lost in the books. 30 minutes later I find him asking the staff for an autobiography on Kobe Bryant.

Bookstores were my refuge as a teen in New York City. Something about bookstores!

Otra VENDIDA in Wilmington. But this one hit different.

At settlement, I watched the seller, a mother who raised her kids in that home, share her memories with my clients. A young couple with their newborn. Literally starting their family where another family closed a beautiful chapter.

She told them about the backyard. About the neighbors. And alongside her grown son, she shared stories about the farmers market coming soon along the riverfront.

This is the TRABAJO.
