A HUGE congratulations to Josh & Mikayla on purchasing their FIRST HOME! 🎉❤️

This moment has been three years in the making, and I couldn’t be happier for these two!

Our home search originally started about three years ago, but life had some pretty exciting plans of its own. 💍 They took a pause to plan their wedding, and this year, we jumped right back into the search for their first home.

We toured plenty of properties along the way and finally submitted an offer on a home back in August. Unfortunately, that one didn’t work out. It was definitely a blow, but we weren’t giving up!

We got right back out there, and it wasn’t long before we found and toured THIS home. Pretty quickly, it became clear…

✨ THIS WAS THE ONE! ✨

We submitted an offer, negotiated back and forth, and ultimately reached terms that worked for everyone. From there, we moved through the buying process — and while there were definitely a few bumps and stressful moments along the way, we worked through every one of them.

And today… WE MADE IT TO THE SETTLEMENT TABLE! 🎉🔑🏡

I absolutely LOVE this outcome. ❤️ Seeing you guys finally get the keys to your new home was worth every minute of this three-year journey.
