Our office recently filed for an emergency order to show to restrain the mother from leaving New York City back to Russia with the couples minor child.

Today we successfully argued the motion and the Court ordered mother to surrender all of child’s passports and to not leave New York City with the child.

Great success for a truly concerned father.

Today we appeared before a family court judge for an exclusionary hearing. Our client was experiencing domestic violence in his home and his ex girlfriend exhibited extreme corporal punishment against their three children, with constant physical and verbal abuse.

We were able to get an order of protection excluding her from her residence and away from her ex boyfriend and their three children until all investigations are completed.

Our firm handles orders of protection, support, custody or any matters before Family Court.

Nice way to finish a long week… it’s always a pleasure to get nice letters from clients.
