Most of my job happens on the days you don’t hear from me.
I’m on the phone with the listing agent. I’m reading disclosures on a house you haven’t walked yet. I’m pulling what actually closed down the street before we ever talk numbers.
None of that is fun to post about. It’s just the part that decides whether you get the house, and whether you’re still happy in it a year later.
