This one was personal. 4630 Gould wasn’t just a listing. It was my grandparents’ home — and for decades, it was the backdrop to so much of our family’s life.

My grandparents had 13 children and they moved into this house while most of them were still living at home. With multiple offers received within the first week, this sale moved quickly!

There were a few unexpected hiccups along the way (raccoons tearing up the new sod and a credit union forgetting to wire the final payment) but all parties involved were patient, flexible, and great at maintaining communication and working in good faith. Thanks to for being such a great partner on the other side of the sale and representing such lovely buyers.

Speaking of the buyers, we discovered they are former students of my mom's! It's a small world.
