BREAKING: The court today denied our request to halt a land exchange between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and SpaceX on the Lower Rio Grand National Wildlife Refuge.  

Trump’s administration is gifting our public lands to SpaceX, clearing the way for bulldozers to tear into this wildlife refuge as soon as tomorrow and turning a public treasure into a private payday.  

THIS IS NOT THE END. Our larger legal fight against this land transfer continues. We won’t stop fighting to keep this irreplaceable public wildlife refuge — and the vulnerable species it supports, including ocelots, shorebirds, and northern Aplomado falcons — safe from SpaceX bulldozers.

Spread the word and make sure all eyes are on our public lands.
