"Raemi has been absolutely incredible. I originally was working with her when I moved from CA to WA with my husband and child. She helped us create all of the documents we needed to ensure the safety and support of our child should anything happen to us. She then helped me this Fall (2022) after my divorce to update all of my documents to ensure my child is still safe and supported if anything were to happen to me. I highly recommend Raemi because she does her due diligence prior to writing anything up, gives you a chance to read through and ask questions on your own time, and then signing is quick and painless. I appreciate her guidance and help!"

My husband and I were very pleased with Raemi Gilkerson and her office staff. They were all welcoming, professional, approachable and efficient, too.

It was our fist time drafting a Last Will and Testament, Estate documents and Healthcare directives and Raemi and her team made the process easy and straightforward. Raemi answered our questions with patience and confident expertise, setting us at ease with formalizing our decisions and wishes. The process essentially went as follows:

We first emailed our inquiry and were contacted back in a timely manner. We discussed our needs with the attorney over the phone in a zoom call. Then we were sent draft documents for review, amendment and initial approval. Final copies were drafted and sent to us for review and approval. We then made an appointment to come in and sit with the attorney and her two witnesses (staff) to sign the final documents and have them recorded. (Raemi is also a Notary Public.) She also thoughtfully offered to execute and record a Joint Property Agreement for us with King County, saving us personal time and effort.

We were very satisfied with the advice and services we received from Leos & Gilkerson Attorneys at Law, located in Redmond, WA.
We recommend this office's professional services to anyone seeking to draw up estate documents, healthcare directives, joint property agreements and Last Will and Testaments.

Excellent experience. All Trust, Wills, etc. documents delivered as promised and when promised. Communications were professional and very timely.
