🏡⚖️ Probate + Real Estate = Knowledge That Matters!

We had a great time at the Inland Valley Association of REALTORS® where R. Sam Price hosted a Probate Boot Camp designed specifically for real estate professionals!

Sam walked attendees through key aspects of the California probate process and, most importantly, what REALTORS® need to know when working with probate properties, personal representatives, attorneys, and families navigating an estate.

Education and strong professional partnerships make all the difference when helping families through what can often be a complicated process. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share our knowledge, answer questions, and connect with so many amazing real estate professionals.

We loved getting the opportunity to connect with local real estate agents and other amazing professionals in our community while sharing a little culture, conversation, and lots of goodies at our booth.

Sam Price had the opportunity to speak with members of TIGAR (Temecula Valley/ Inland Gateway Association of Realtors) about the probate process—breaking down what happens when a property is tied up in probate, timelines to expect, and how agents can better support families navigating these situations.
