I was taking advantage of by a place where I purchased my home and unfortunately we did not have legalshield at the time, so i did not have a real estate attorney present at our signing... with that please know i was taken advantage of to the tune of more then 30,000. more then i should have. needless to say 7 years later, the bank refuses to do a loan forgiveness and did not want to adjust our payment which was 1240.00 a month... now that may not seem to be to much, but consider this i owned the 2 acres of land and already had a well on the property and the big kicker , it was a double wide trailer... now it was a nice home 2600 square feet. it was not worth 198000.00 well with my ability to talk to attorneys with out getting a bill i was able to find out what my rights were and how i could handle this very unfortunate situation with out hiring an attorney.. my house went into foreclosure, as i refused to pay. with the advise of my attorneys i was able to get past this event with out having to to dish out thousands to hire an attorney and i dint have to file for bankruptcy...and with the help of kroll ( our Risk consulting firm ) they are working on getting my credit back in shape... again it only cost me my monthly membership....

Where you effected by the Target Fiasco ..
