The 8750 Music Festival is underway in Red River, New Mexico, and festival week always reveals something about real estate that a spreadsheet cannot fully capture.
As I watch visitors settle in for the weekend, I notice which properties are active and which ones sit quiet. More often than not, the difference is not simply price. It is ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ .
A property may offer easy access to Main Street, a private setting with river frontage, or convenient access to the ski area. The properties that have a clear identity and appeal to a specific type of guest tend to stand out.
