Meet the Team: Matthew A. Luber
Mr. Luber joined McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in February 2015 and is the managing partner of the firm’s Marlton, New Jersey office. Mr. Luber focuses his practice on employment law, business disputes, business law, and personal injury. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and obtained six and seven-figure settlements for his employment-related clients.
Mr. Luber has spent his entire life in the South Jersey and Philadelphia area. After spending his early childhood in Northeast Philadelphia, his parents Al and Maureen, moved the Luber family to Delran, New Jersey. Meet the Team: Christian V. McOmber
In 2010, Mr. McOmber was admitted to the New Jersey and Federal District Court Bars and joined the firm of McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., which was established in 1974 by his parents, Richard and Adrienne McOmber. He lives in Middletown, NJ and has three children.

Meet the Team: R. Armen McOmber
R. Armen McOmber joined McOmber McOmber & Luber in 1998, established by his parents, Richard and Adrienne McOmber, in 1974. He was promoted to partner in 2001 and is now one of the managing partners. Mr. McOmber resides in the Red Bank area with his wife, Dr. Nathalie Zenian McOmber, a general dentist who also practices in Monmouth County.
He has litigated favorably on behalf of plaintiffs in employment discrimination cases, including winning large jury verdicts in favor of his clients and on behalf of corporations and public institutions regarding matters of public concern and attention. The Supreme Court of New Jersey has also designated Mr. McOmber as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.

The Complaint alleges that the hostile work environment escalated to physical violence in September 2019, when Defendant Junior slammed Ms. Rose against a gate on the law firm’s property. Defendant Junior continued his acts of physical domestic violence against Ms. Rose, twice while he was aware that Ms. Rose was filming the incidents with her cell phone.

The complaint alleges, egregiously, that J.W. was repeatedly forced to use a bathroom that was so small that the assistant could not shut the door, forcing J.W. to leave the bathroom open for all to see. Worse, a video was taken of J.W. by his own instructional assistant during one of these incidents.
The negligent actions of the Ocean Township BOE and the hostile environment resulting therefrom led a young boy to be paraded around school, naked for all to see.

NJ.com features Partner Matthew A. Luber, Esq. & Meghan A Pazmino, Esq.’s recent s*xual harassment lawsuit against the American Dream mall. Their client alleges she was s*xually harassed for more than a year by her manager and then was fired when she complained.
