The Supreme Court is getting ready to hear oral arguments to determine the fate of TPS for Haiti and Syria. This decision will impact the future of TPS for all countries. Here's what you need to know, and what I think the justices will do:

The U.S. Supreme Court is set to hear arguments about Temporary Protected Status (TPS) on April 29, 2026, and this case could impact all TPS holders, not ju...

I’m not one of those lawyers who makes a big deal about Google reviews (good or bad), but my last one actually made me cry.

I was having the worst day I’d had in a while, and very much questioning why I even still have my immigration law firm, and this review broke up my doom and gloom.

It wasn’t her praising me and my amazing team, it was the fact that she shouldn’t have had to hire me in the first place, almost didn’t, and won.

Her previous lawyer botched her case, and she’d lost hope on ever getting a green card. But she kept hearing how bad things were getting and hired me because she wanted to start before things got even worse.

Her green card approved was approved 7 weeks after we filed it, and in hand a week and a half later.

The very next day, an immigration pause was announced.

If you’re waiting for things to get better before you move forward with your immigration case, you’ll be waiting forever.

Immigration is still open and processing cases- pause or no pause.

This isn’t the first time immigration’s been difficult to navigate, and it won’t be the last. The immigrants who are still winning are the ones who are applying anyway.

The system is working against you, and we’re still here to fight it with you.

Unpopular opinion: pictures aren’t that important for your green card case.

But if you feel like you need to send some in with your green card application, today’s a good day to take some if you’re celebrating Easter with your family.

USCIS officers love to ask questions about what you did for various holidays, so having photo proof can’t hurt.

Just make sure your pics aren’t explicit, show any !llegal activity (or substanced 👀), and are properly labeled.

Immigration headlines are loud right now. And a lot of them are more confusing than helpful.

Between bans, pauses, and constantly changing country lists, it’s hard to tell what actually affects your case—and what doesn’t.

I just posted a new video breaking down:
* The difference between immigration travel bans vs. immigration processing pauses
* Who is affected based on whether you’re inside or outside the U.S.
* What’s still moving forward at USCIS
* And what you should be doing now if you’re eligible to file

If you or someone you know is in the middle of a green card, visa, asylum, or adjustment of status case, this is information you need—not fear-based speculation.
